Reading House Share - The Service - About Us

Reading house share has clients, not tenants. We do not regard ourselves as landlords, nor are we letting agents. We own, manage and maintain our own properties to provide a Reading house share service that is unique.

We cater for our clients in a way that makes the Reading house share  service popular with a wide range of young professionals.   Over a period of five years we have had more than 400 well-satisfied clients in our properties in Caversham and on the Caversham borders.

Our Reading house share service is based on top quality accommodation in houses where four, five or six young people are sharing.   All of our houses are in Caversham

The properties have been re-furbished to a high standard and have attractive furnishings and new appliances and equipment.

Our policy is to ensure that like-minded men and women of similar age and business backgrounds choose their house mates so they can get on with hassle-free living in the most pleasant and comfortable surroundings.

We include the maintenance of the gardens in the services that we provide.  When an inevitable maintenance or running problem occurs our policy is to respond as quickly as possible to sort it out with the minimum of fuss, inconvenience or delay.

Reading house share is owned and operated by Lombard Investments Limited which acts as letting and management agents for the owners of the properties, who are also the owners of the company.

Reading house share has been operating in the Caversham area of Reading for just over five years during which time there have been 420 tenants - who have stayed an average of two years each.
